Hope you guys enjoyed the chalet! Especially those year 1s that came. To the rest that nvr come, Sept got one more. This time must come, no excuse of studying for exam.

To those that nvr came, you missed on alot of things such as seeing the undrunkable shawn get drunk & had a sand bath in his underwear. The drunkable don get undrunkable when the more he drink the more high he gets only. Shane & Jackie Died. Not forgetting the 2 guys that usually die at every chalet also.

We finished almost 70 cans of beer and 7 bottles of liqour. Not bad Not bad. Next chalet our new target is 100 Cans and 10 bottles =D

Till then Study hard for your MST & good luck

Hello! I am the BEST Senior Advisor LEE YAN HUI.

Congrats to Year 1s for winning your first friendly match against PJC. I won't comment on how you all play that day as some of the seniors had already post on the blog. For those that had lost their match, don't worry about it, you still have time to train for your next friendly.

Lastly, for those motherfuckers pool addicts, PLEASE GO AND STUDY FOR YOUR EXAM ALSO!
And Jun Yang, you can surrender your Ipad to me so that it won't distract you from studying. HAHAHAHAHAS!

Cheers ^^

1stly PJC friendly.

9-ball
I wont say its a job well done. Basically you guys are like just playing " see who pot the 9-ball game only, 1-8 ball dont bother whoever pot also can just so long as i get to shoot the 9-ball" some even worse, take ball in hand put str8 line still can miss the object ball. what you doing?? worse than ice cream.

To those that lost, just think for yourself, you may have lost the 7 racks but during the 7-racks i'm sure at least 5 racks you managed to get a shot / chance at the 9-ball right? so ask urself, why did'nt you make that shot count?

To those that won, think for yourself, were u playing ping pong with ur opponent or were you actually stringing balls together? I only managed to see shawn's game and he was actually stringing balls tgt like take a ball in hand and run 5-9 or 6-9. except the part where he ice cream and let his opponent catch back until 6-5.

Most of you guys need to respect ur opponent and ur team mates. Just because its a sure win does'nt mean that you can just anyhow play. If you refuse to respect the game and players, nobody will respect you.

Despite the win 72-39 racks and 10-3 match. I think the performance today is just average not fantastic. Can be better. You guys need to train up alot more if you still want to remain unbeaten when it comes to RP's turn in August / Sept.

8-Ball
I wont blame you guys cause you were not taught how to run 8-balls like the rules and the method. But likewise when i ask you all to train ur potting many of you were still missing simple balls. WTF HAVE YOU GUYS BEEN DOING THE PAST FEW WEEKS AT SPGG POOL HALL? The ones I see that have been practicing the potting that I ask them to do actually had an easier time playing right? If you can pot 10/15 balls what the hell is 7 balls?

Ok on the overall we may have won lah. But if you guys just continue at the rate you are, when it comes to RP friendly, you guys may be the one just winning 29 racks and RP winning 73 racks.

2ndly I've updated the list of the peer tutors at the side. I've decided to take in 3 students only. These 3 people please come to spgg on monday. Training will begin =D

To those that have your peer tutor, please make urself known to them so they can keep an eye on you and give you things to practice on.

To the rest please go ahead and find a tutor ASAP cause many of you should have problems with yourself after this friendly.

-AhMok

Its all about the heart and soul you guys put into the game. With a WEAK HEART, even if you win the game, there will be no respect gained. HOWEVER, with a STRONG HEART, even if you lose badly to the opponent, respect will be gained from your opponent. Its not all about winning, is how much EFFORT, CONCENTRATION and DETERMINATION you put into the game.

For today's game, the person that i feel has the strongest heart is Wan Rong. She has put her heart and soul into today's game. Even though she has lost, she has still earned my respect by giving it her best no matter what the scoreline is. For that she deserves to be praised.

Whats done cannot be undone. Those who performed badly today, just suck it up and carry on with life. Train harder, work harder, put in 100% of yourself for the game, and no doubt in the future friendlies, you would succeed. For those who won their games with a F*** care attitude, i suggest you guys better change your mind set. There is no point in winning the war, but losing the battle (respect). Or is it the other way round? i forgot but still u guys get wad i mean rite?

I hope that you guys have learnt a lot from today's friendly, there will be other friendlies in the future and i hope that what i have written on the above has gotten through you guys. Remember, EFFORT, CONCENTRATION, DETERMINATION and a strong heart is all it takes to be a better you......

-Benetton

Respect your opponent and they will give you a big THANK YOU, disrespect your opponent and they will give you a big F*** YOU.

All i can say is pressure definitely be there one, cannot run away from it, but as long as you keep calm and carry on, and focus, nothing is gonna stop you man. that's all i can say, let ur cue do the talking today!

lost cues

hey guys this is ahquek here again. From what i heard from ah moo, there are two missing wiraka cues from the cardboard. Whereby there are suppose to be three of them, now left 1, so if you had taken them please either return it, or pay to phillip the 100 bucks. It is a matter of integrity like seriously.

If you very paiseh to let people know who you are, please tell me, my number is up there only. Or either u take already then forget pay phillip, please do so.

2ndly. PJC Friendly Attire. Shoes, Long pants / jeans & black colour collar shirt.

3rdly. the peer tutor coach is not a compulsory but it would be easier for ur captain to choose people for friendly as they just have to ask the peer coach how your progress is instead of going through the usual trial here and there.

So if you have no peer coach of course it would be difficult to be chosen for friendly as nobody knows ur progress and wether you are good enuff to play anot. If you think u no need a peer coach by all means go ahead and practice urself

Currently the list is

Peer Coach List.

Practice hard the coming week. If you guys need help please feel free to approach your seniors, we wont screw you if you don't understand the things philip taught. But most importantly train your potting now ok?

Yun Xian, Shane, Terry, Lian Kiat, Jun Wen, Leroy Please come SPGG on Monday 3pm As I know your potting & diamond system sure got problem one

Peer Tutoring

I'm going to implement an idea that was taken from the batch before my batch & that is called peer coach. Meaning a group of year 1s will be assigned to 1 Senior so whenever you got problems you can approach him. Max 4 year 1s to 1 Senior

You guys have the following few seniors as an option
1. Sam
2. Ah Quek
3. Jackie
4. Louis
5. Benetton
6. Gabriel
7. Ah Lee
8. Ben Hwang
9. Justin
10. Ah Don

The year 1s that visit this blog please put at the tagboard which senior you want as your peer coach. If you don't assign yourself to one peer coach. Then its very difficult for us to make a decision when it comes to friendly. As the peer coach will be the one that chooses which of their students are able to play / not able to play.

Chalet!!

Erm Chalet has to be delayed for awhile cause I got some issues with the booking. Unless Sam can book?

We will split the total bill among the people who drink. All are invited to come along. Treat it as a gathering for the year ones, twos and threes. We shall drink till we drop man!!!

-Benetton

15th June Wednesday is the chalet. its 1 night only. those year 1s that are going please put ur names on the tagboard ASAP so i can agar see how many ppl going then i can book. We wan all of the year 1s to go as it is a good time to get to know ur whole team.

Its going to be roughly $20 / person. Liqour will not be a problem. You all just need to help me finish it only. Got leftover = Azkhairy go find nemo, Shawn go find emo & Hairy go find elmo.

A gentle reminder to all, especially our new members......... If u intend to pay for the monthly table fees, $25 for non student members and $10 for student members, kindly do so by lastest 06/06/11. This is the best month because most of the tables will be available to us due to school holidays. Use these three weeks wisely, while i encouraging all to train hard for all the forthcoming friendlies and tournaments, please allocate sufficient time to revise for your MST.

I will be monitoring this payment, so if you so decide not to subscribe to this, then you will not be able to play less coaching hours, that is if you have paid for coaching. It will only be fair to the rest that have paid to train on the tables.

Finally, please prepare July coaching fee as I will start collection during the first week of Term 2, the amount is $30.

This is your Treasurer.........SAM.

Dont waste time liao lei! Chalet next week how? On or not? if not it would be the last week of the june holidays but u all got MST but most of you all should be free then right? Can we quickly come to a quick decision ASAP as the spaces for chalet are running out fast.

PJC Friendly,
To those that names are listed below, Please be at SPGG On Monday 5th June 3pm. Need to sort out which of you can play what discipline.

1. Shane
2. Yu Jie
3.Kwok On
4. Yun Xian
5. Leroy
6. Wei Yung
7. Shaun
8. Alvin
9. Lian Kiat
10. Terry

To those that are still interested just turn up on Monday 3pm. Basically I just need to see if you guys can do a few things, Potting & Diamond System.

And just a side note to all the year 1s, RP's year 1 team is way much stronger than you guys even without training. Put it simply, Can u imagine 15 of kwok on / shawn / azkhairy standard inside?? If you guys dont start training hard, you all will have very little victory in the future friendlies.

Hey guys, i understand that the news of the PJC friendly is out, and some of you may be disapointed because you did not get to play or something. But seriously this is nothing to be disapointed about, you want to play to not let your team down what right? The only way is to practice hard on ur basics and whatever phillip has taught all of you.

To be honest larh, i join SPGG first time i also never get to play in the first friendly, cause i too ice cream already. Cause i down there thinking, nnb eh, i also want to play to represent this team. Then i train very hard, knn i remember i go around asking people why they play the shot all that sia. A few of them who were my victims are daniel lau, fat ben and ahmok. So it all boils down to determination larh? And like ask the seniors when they not playing that time, don't like ask them when they halfway in a race, when money or drinks are involve.

Like don't let history repeat itself larh. In my batch got 40 people, now left with 8. knn, some of them is cause busy working, some is plain not interested, some is feel that they are being left behind because of the standard difference then like sian larh. I hope all of you are not the last two arh, just because of this time. By the way, we choose players to play for friendlies is cause of merit, how hard you guys train and all that. No matter how good you are or not. We got eyes to see who are the really hardworking ones and who are those who just go through the motions one.

Actually this blog post is about the friendly and the future in short larh for all of you.

On the lighter note, hope all of you year 1s will try to attend the chalet this coming june. Cause it will really be a great time for all of you to bond together and all that, cause in chalet all of you will definitely do fucked up things together, maybe a gay orgy for the guys while all of you are drunk fucks? Maybe who knows? LOL! for the girls... hrmm, i will not go until there! later they think i tiko pek all zao off from SPGG SIOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So during the holidays try to balance out also both training and studying arh, don't be like me epic failure open book test 30 percent also can fail, knn sibeh hopeless. Cause in year 1 is the easiest to make ur results damn zai one, i'm sure besides playing pool in poly u guys also want good grades right?

so goodnight and hope to see you guys soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOUR GOOD AND ABLE CFPWFPTFH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
